Yes, indeed. Our fearless (ha, not really) leader is turning…old today. He’s now an adult, but he has been for 8 years. So really everything is the same. Terrance may annoy me with his constant and obvious requests for retweets or his insistent experimentation with his mixer, but let’s put a pin in that for now. In all seriousness, this show could not be done without Terrance Pinkston Jr. That may seem obvious to say, but it always needs to be said. He plans the shows, pays the bills, edits the show for your listening pleasure every week. So he basically does everything that I don’t want to do, which I think is fairly awe-inspiring. Enough of this ridiculous rambling, let me get to the point…

In lieu of the fifth and final plane, “Dumbledore” arriving in Haiti this week, yesterday morning, I was floored in getting the following note from JK Rowling addressed for all of us:

It was especially thanks to Jo’s donation of all seven Harry Potter books signed by her that allowed us to give Partners In Health enough for five planes to Haiti. Unexpectedly, the winner of the books has been generous enough to re-auction them to you and the chance to win is only $40 (all proceeds go to charity!).
